The Congregation are outcasts in the Underhive of Hive Primus.
Basically they follow a different path in worshipping the God-Emperor.
This includes tolerance of abhumans, as they believe they are creations of the God-Emperor himself and are therefore just as worthy of martyring themselves in his name or preaching his Word.
The leader of the group either travels in his pulpit of by foot, depending on the situation.
The heavy muscle are an arco-flagellant implanted into an Ambot shell and a freed Ogryn slave.
